Poorest service ever.Highly disappointed

These people's customer service is so poor ...The drivers have a seriously bad attitude..I still haven't received my parcel till now.The driver I had communicated told me he is on the way some days back made me wait the whole day and had to cancel my plans and he never pitched.Instead he blocked me on calls and WhatsApp.I have been waiting for my parcel , which is actually a certificate but Amarax keeps failing to come to deliver it to me.
