POOR STINKING SERVICE BY ARAMEX COURIERS

I posted my parcel on the 08/07/21 from Johannesburg to Witbank and it has not reached its destination. According to Aramex, they don't know where it is. I personally drove from Johannesburg to Witbank and was told by Postnet that they also don't know where it is. Why does it take a parcel 23 days to reach a distance of 100km? This is Annoying and stinking service. Ref; DB***
