Poor services...South Africa is complaining!!

Seriously this is now really pathetic when they took the parcel in Pick n' Pay Kimberley we were misinformed when they said the parcel will be there within a day to it's destination in Richmond. Parcel was dropped on 05th of December 2020 and today is the 18th of December 2020, this parcel has not yet been delivered.....what poor service delivery is this?????...This parcel has medication that is needed URGENTLY but your company is adding to the worries that we are having!!.....When will this parcel be delivered to it's destination??? Wheeeen?'....to make things worse, you don't even have customer contact numbers clearly marked on your waybill slip...this is the first time and the last time using your services. I will be warning the rest of the South Africans about your sloppy, poor services...What is this???? From a very serious unhappy client.
