Poor services and late deliveries

I hv been using aramex for the past few months and nit obce have i experience good service from them. They would promise that the package will b delivered in 24hrs but my clienta would wait fir about 3 days and when they receive their goods its broken or damaged. I have lost many clients due to aramex late deliveries. At times id track the parcel and would b told the number m using is not a tracking number even though its printed on the way bill...
