Poor service, unreliable and poor work ethics

Aramex service is poor, they don't deliver in time.I ordered from Shein on the 2 Oct 2021 and my order was supposed to be delivered between 27 and 30 October 2021 but up until today they haven't bothered to call and update me, instead of doing that they debited an amount for customs that is way more than what is reflected on the invoice. when you call to enquire about your order they keep on transferring you to different departments and drop your call. They keep on talking about clearance department and say wait 24hours, but what suprises me is that tomorrow its day 4 of 24hours.
