POOR SERVICE THAT COULD COST LIVES

I dropped a parcel on Tuesday 29/06/2021

Up to date it is not deliverd yet

All I want from Aramex is the phisical address of the parcel so I can get into my car, pick it up and deliver it myself

Due to the delay I already drove yesterday from Parys to Zeerust in Noth West to help my family with what they need.

I phoned their call centre several times to ask for the phisical address of the parcel so I can get in my car, go and fetch it and deliver it myself - without any success.

I sent a email to the CEO at 12:20 pm today - without any reponse

What kind of service is this? This service could cost somebody their live because it contains covid medicine that needs to be delivered asap
