Poor service. Poorly functioning call centre.

Parcel left Cape Town on Friday. Driver allegedly tried to deliver at 09:15 on Monday but did not phone the receiver nor did he hoot/try anything else. I was on hold for 1 hour and 53 minutes today in various attempts to get hold of call centre just to be told delivery MAY take place today, Wednesday or latest Thursday. This time the driver will apparently phone the receiver when ready to deliver. I will not recommend this courier service at all.
