Poor Service. Parcel either lost or ******.

Their service is not what it used to be. I used the Store-To-Door service to deliver a parcel on the 24th. The last update was that it arrived at the destination sorting facility on the 25th. There has been no further updates since. We called the local facility to follow up and we were told that it will be out for delivery on the 1st. Of course that didn't happen so we called again on the 2nd and the same person tells us it was sent out for delivery a long time ago and she is not sure what is happening. I'm starting to think that my parcel was lost. Second time in a row that I'm getting such poor service from them. Never using them again, and I urge you dear reader to save yourself and play far from Aramex!
