Poor service on the drop box service

I made use of the Pick n Pay drop box service. I was expecting the package to be delivered with 72 hours (from CPT to Port Shepstone). But it took a week and a half. The call centre would try their best to assist but the delivery just would not happen. This continued day after day for a week. Very very poor and slow delivery service by the Durban team.
