Poor Service from Global Shopper

What a terrible service from Aramex Global Shopper in South Africa. Parcel arrived and commercial invoice and clearing instructions submitted 11 days ago. Then nothing...... No one is answering my emails or taking my calls. Global Shopper is a great service throughout the world EXCEPT South Africa.
