Poor service from Aramex south africa

from past experiences with aramex, I would not willingly opt for their services. however, they were assigned to my shipment by SHEIN, my package was supposed to be delivered by 1 Oct 2024, it is now 3 Oct 2024. called them, and was on hold for over, 15 minutes, I sent an email, no response. it's utterly disgusting for a business to be this useless.
