Poor service from Aramex South Africa

Aramex South Africa is the most unreliable delivery service i have ever used. I have been waiting for a package, have been cotacting them about it and nothing has been done to resolve the issue. They keep saying it has been escalated and that someone will get back to me but no one has contacted me back. I don't and they can't tell me where my package is or when it will be delivered. After already receiving a notification that it was out for delivery. Lack of service and support is unacceptable.
