Poor service from Aramex Global Shopper

Aramex global shopper honestly has the worst service. My package arrived in South Africa on the 13th of November, today is the 2nd of December and I still haven’t received my package. This is also certainly not the first time Aramex has taken decades to deliver a package. They ensure consistency in poor service delivery
