Poor service from Aramex

I am so disappointed in the service that I have been getting from Aramex and customs. I have 2 packages that arrived in December 2018, both have not been delivered in February 2019. I was given an invoice for one package and I paid and sent proof of payment by 18 January 2019, today 3 February I am stilling waiting on the package with no clear indication from Aramex as to when the package is going to be delivered to me.

The second package arrived in Johannesburg customs on 28 December, till this day I am still waiting on the customs clearance invoice.
