Poor service, false delivery times advertised for Aramex store-to-door

Aramex claims that "For just R99.99, you can send a parcel to any destination in South Africa. Main centres will be delivered by 12h00 the following business day (outlying areas may take up to 72 hours to deliver). ". It has been almost a week yet my package is still in transit according to their tracking. This is just poor service and their claims to deliver are false.

This is a time sensitive case and my documents have to be at the destination on time. Tomorrow will be a week since I have sent these documents.
