Poor service experience

I have a parcel that was dropped at Aramex Sandton on the 15, for overnight del to East London. Was meant to be delivered by Tuesday and I am still waiting Got a notofication Tuesday that it was on the way but never arrived Got another notice Wednesday and even called their EL office but parcel still not with me Today its the 20th and i have not heard from Aramex
