Poor Service

My parcel has been out on delivery for the past two days and I have called the customer service about my delivery and nothing was done about it. The driver said he tried to call me but I didn't receive any calls. It means he is lying.

I don't know why people use a **** company like this when The Courier Guy is cheaper and has better service.
