Poor service delivery from Aramex South Africa

I have been extremely disappointed with the service from Aramex. I've been waiting for my parcel for almost a week now, and every day I hear the same empty promises. They assured me that the parcel would be delivered the next working day, but the day came and went, and there was still no parcel in sight. To make matters worse, some of their staff have been incredibly rude and unhelpful. This lack of reliability and poor customer service is unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated with Aramex's poor service and will be looking for alternative delivery options in the future.
