Poor service "delivery" from Aramex

Had a package picked up in Stellenbosch / Paarl for delivery to Cape Town. An Office address in Woodstock.

DBP**********4 Overnight (50km away)

Package was picked up 3pm on the 7th July. Delivery Driver called me on the 8th at 6pm asking if he could deliver now, I said its an office and its closed. please deliver first thin in the morning.

On the 9th of July I followed up at midday asking where my package was, I was told That they would track down driver and let me know when package is coming. Note on tracking: "Could not deliver" 3:45pm, when the office was full of people..

Its now the 10th, and Im still waiting for my "overnight" delivery and as im writing this review been sitting for 25 mins on hold waiting for an Agent.

Your job is not a hard one..How are you still in business?
