Poor service delivery

I am very up set on how Aramex has handled the situation with my girlfriends package. The package was spouse to be delivered last Wednesday. A week later we still waiting. We even asked for it to be delivered to wonderboom airport. Aramex is in capable of getting this right. There no communication when my girlfriend phones up they promise to phone her back but they don't. What is aArmex playing at. We diffently won't be using this courier service again.
