Poor service delivery Aramex South Frica.

I ordered a package via Amazon that is to be delivered by Aramex.

Twice Aramex indicated they attempted to deliver the package and no one was home. Both ti.es there were a number of people at home. I contacted the Aramex helpline after the firts attempt to make sue my adress was correct and provided them with a cell no to call .

Nothing happened and I have nor recieved my package.
