Poor service delivery and total Ripoff

I am very disappointed in the service delivery of Aramex South Africa. I have sent packages through them that always gets delivered late and the latest was ridiculously upsetting as their system is suppose to be collecting every day Monday- Friday by 15:00 from the BP garages and my package was from Friday morning in that box and Monday Morning it was still not collected. My package was extremely behind the deadline and thus making it nul in void. This is time, energy and not to mention money wasted. This was crucial documents that arrived days later after the deadline and all because of Aramex poor service delivery.
