Poor service delivery

Worse delivery service ever. Claimed to have attempted to deliver my shipment without any notification or call. After we have complained. A notification was sent. Low and behold, I received a notification that the shipment was delivered without receiving it. Upon enquiring, i was told that the goods were delivered to some random person whom I don't even know.
