Poor service delivery

I have been waiting for my parcel (***) that was released from customs on the 27th Feb. The shipment has been stuck from the 28th for no reason at their office in Sandton without any delivery schedule. Worse you can't even get hold of anyone from their customer care numbers. I had to call their branch in Lethabong to be assisted. Their whatsapp platform is very useless I had wait for more than 30 minutes without any positive feedback.
