Poor service delivery

A delivery guy by the name of Siyabonga Madlopha called yesterday to say he came to drop off my parcel and that he left because he couldnt reach me on my phone. He **** because the security at my complex confirmed that no one came by and asked for my unit. Also myself or my husband would have received a request from the gate to let him in. He called me and promised he would return today to deliver and I still haven't heard anything from him. I tried to call him more than twice on his mobile *** and he never answered until he switched his phone off. It saddens me that my kids wont be able to present their Dad with a fathers day gift because your delivery guy opted not to deliver as promised. I will request for a refund from fragrancefind and hopefully never have to order anything from any company that's partnered with aramex for delivery
