Poor Service Delivery

Good day.

I sent a package using Aramex 7 days ago from Mokopane PnP to Polokwane, and to my surprise my package is missing till today. The Aramex driver collected the parcel from PnP and never delivered the parcel to the destination. I have called Aramex Polokwane a number of times are they are not even helping me at all. Why on earth should be using Aramex if they can not deliver and on top of that I paid R99.00 for that bag. This is very unacceptable and their service is pathetic Name : Ishmael Contact Number : ***
