Poor service delivery

They collected my essential parcel 2days before lockdown was even announced. My client who's parcel was logged on the same day was delivered to Durban. HOW can a package from JHB to JHB take from 24 March to 28 MAY even after essential deliveries have been reinstated. Everyday they say they'll deliver. And I am now waiting 2weeks for the so called ops manager to call me back. I would complain about the service but there's no service to complain about!!!
