Poor service delivery

Purchased Christmas gifts in November in order for them to be delivered on time. Aramex have had the parcel for the last 20 days and can give no indication on where the parcel is or when an expected time of delivery will be. All that they can say is there is a backlog. I don't accept that answer as that is your business to deal with and not pass the excuse to the customer. That should be no different from any other year.
