POOR SERVICE DELAYED DELIVERY AND COLLECTIONS

I have been using Aramex a couple of times. I want to warn people not to use their service. I scheduled an overnight courier as it was an urgent delivery. After a WEEK my parcel still hasn't been delivered. I follow up every single day the whole day. All I'm getting is we apologize and your parcel will be delivered by 12:00 guys it has been a week. This is not the first order I have issues with I need to email several times once I've made a booking for the parcel to be collected and the amount of time to get a parcel delivered is 10 times worse! DO NOT USE ARAMEX
