Poor Service

Aramex has the worst service in South Africa, my parcel was dropped of on Saturday afternoon and was captured yesterday because of the weekend, but even now there is still no update regarding my parcel moving from their HUB to being delivered, all they tell me is that my parcel was handed over to a third party to deliver it, and if I wanted a courier company that delivered after 3-5 working business days I would've settled for PAXI as they are always on time with their deliveries, I chose Aramex because I wanted my parcel the following day but because it was the weekend I understood, but now the last update on my parcel tracking status was last night meaning am gonna have to wait longer in order for me to get my parcel, and what annoys me the most is their terrible and unprofessional treatment they give their clients

It's the second time I encountered problem with Aramex as I stopped using it for the past few years because of their pathetic service but I see that nothing has changed with them, useless courier company , they don't even deserve my 1 star
