Poor service

They collected a parcel I purchased on Wednesday afternoon already and it reached jhb yesterday morning and was out for delivery. The call centre lady has the nerve to raise her voice telling me the drivers don't sms or inform the deliveries they don't make for the day. Why advertise a speedy turn around if it's the second day it was "sent" out for delivery and still it 18:03pm no parcel delivered. Disappointed
