Poor Service

Poor service, I have been waiting for my parcel for three weeks now. I got a call from "third party deliver service" advising the driver was hijacked and my parcel was ****** or missing however the sender was never informed of this. Both the sender and I have been contacting Aramex and there is no resolution to date. It was so easy for the third party delivery company to say the Parcel was ****** with no way forward or resolution. The companies we buy stuff from are not told the is a third party involved and what the risks are and the fact is we as customers are loosing our hard earned monies from all this. Aramex has never followed up or informed us about all this, we had to follow up to be advised of the hijacking story.
