Poor service

Service that we are receiving from this company is horrible, why do u have a turn around time whereas you guys don't deliver. I've been waiting for my parcel since last week even today m still waiting.

It is so disgusting because we are paying for this courier and at the end of the day we don't get serviced ,we can't even track ure parcel online...pls get ure house in order cause soon customers are gonna leave ure company as we have option to go to other companies.
