Poor service

Last week friday promised my Brother a present for his 30th birthday as i was not going able to attend cause of travelling .i decided to buy him bottles for his celebration at pick n pay store ,his birthday was in Sunday he still waiting for his present .what suprises me is that they called his wife to confirm the address on friday but fail to deliver 😂😂😂
