Poor service

Very bad customer service, poor infact, I ordered items from shein since February even now I haven't received my order I paid for the Taxes even paid for handling and now the courier "Aramex" says that they can't locate me and they say one one was home so they delivery failed, I paid taxes and handling for the second time and I'm still getting the same messages that 'it's held for custom clearance " I have been ordering from shein for the longest time and I've never had to deal with this kind of situation. Never again!
