Poor service

I don't need to put any star, it absolutely the worst service i have ever received.... Parcels don't get delivered as promised webare basically paying for our parcels to get lost and take 7 to 10 days to get delivered, services horrific..... Oh hold for 30 minutes just to get help.. I sent a parcel from Capetown to Capetown last week... Untill now not delivered... It was found in joburg, when i call nobody answers, if they answer after 30 they tell you someone is handling your case and yet not communication or anything.. Another client of mine parcel is missing stuck in joburg no update until when you shake them.... Parcel still missing.. I just need my parcel back please.. I cant pay to lose something. Am so fade up with these guys.

Where is my parcel?????
