Poor service

The Company's name is Aramex Port Elizabeth. They are not professional, they don't pick up the phone, if one finally get hold of them they will tell stories. I managed to get the number of the driver that was supposed to deliver my parcel, by the name of Luyanda, whom he was so rude to me saying I must phone the Office not him.

At this point I am so upset. Please help me expose them.
