Poor service

I dropped an aramex envelope in the collection bin at PicknPay fairways, Howick at lunch time on Friday 10th March. By Tuesfay13th Match it still has not appeared on their system. They promise overnight delivery, with a weekend in between it has been four days and it appears they have not registered my parcel fir delivery. I called the Pietermaritzburg office three times today but no one has got back to me to tell me where my parcel is. Very disappointed in this service.
