POOR SERVICE

I'm so disappointed!! I dropped a package at Pick n Pay Ferndale on Monday the 3rd of August at 12;30pm DBP*** it was supposed to go to the Free State, but on the 7th of August it was in KZN en-route back to Johannesburg. Today is the 12th of August and it still hasn't been delivered. Is this what Express delivery means? I needed this to be delivered as of last week. whats the point of delivering this week? i'm really disappointed by your service.
