Poor Service

Very disappointed in the service 😒..sent a parcel that was meant to be delivered from seapoint to parklands in Capetown and 5 days later parcel hasn't been delivered..customer service is useless they can't give me a straight answer, apparently parcel was handed over to ITT for delivering and they can't provide me with contact details for ITT..
