Poor service

I am really not happy with your services I have a parcel from Shein that was couried with you guys my tracking no is *** and I tracked it from the 13th today it says it must be delivered but I'm told my parcel is not in the country yet I called in this morning. I am really ****ed after all the wait I'm told that bull**** and I need that parcel by the end of tomorrow I have items I must use for my wedding on Saturday. Can someone tell me something that will make sense even your app is lying saying today I must get delivery. Can I get feedback on this asap
