Poor service

The worst experience ever......I been sending messages and emails and calling without any respond.....they even ignoring me on their direct messages on Facebook.....I would never recommend them to anyone........my parcel have been in their transit since the 17/09 and was supposed to have received it on the 20/09 ...I been trying to contact them without any luck........worst service ever....
