Poor Service

Very unprofessional to make promises that you cannot keep. Shipment went out for delivery this morning @ 07:05, did a follow up at 15:00 and was informed that the driver is bit delayed and was reassured that the shipment will definitely delivered today. Its now 18:05 and still nothing. Driver probably got lost. No notifications, No updates.
