Poor service

I ordered on SHEIN and my parcel was couriered via Aramex and that was on the 24th of September. My parcel arrived in SA on Monday and hasn’t been moving since and every time I call in I am being told it’s under clearance you will get your charges today (this is day 4 of being told the same thing). I would appreciate if someone could actually care to explain to me what is happening right now cause I have been waiting since. As of now I don’t think I will ever order from SHEIN again because of Aramex. If Shein wants people to keep ordering from them they should cut ties with Aramex cause my colleague and I ordered on the same day and she just got her package from Buffalo
