poor service at aramex

I bought shoes from someone who is using aramex as their courier . The did her part in making sure that I get the shoes on time. They got to aramex on Monday and their driver since Tuesday had my shoes to be delivered but will go back with my parcel saying he run out of time. I mean if you have run out of time the following day you should start with things that you couldn't deliver the previous day.

Today when I call they tell me that they could only deliver tomorrow and I am not available tomorrow. And I want to use my parcel today. Why did the driver leave my parcel today. My parcel number is DBP***
