Poor service... Aramex

I'm very much disappointed in their service especially the East London branch. I left my parcel in their drop box on Sunday in Pretoria. expecting it to reach the receiver by tue. To my surprise it's thur 4pm and it hasn't reached. This is disappointing. We thought this was the fastest courier. The third part that they contacted is really really of poor service. Please Aramex must do something in East London. Your service is very poor, disgusting. Sending buy bus was now the best option. It's not helping.. Surely the parcel reached it London on early morning of tue but still kept in their offices to reach its final destination
