POOR SERVICE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS INEFFECTIVE

Aramex was appointed by our supplier in India to airfreight one of the critical components for our production three months ago. Aramex needs to hand over the shipment to our forwarder, but there have been numerous back-and-forth emails, and Aramex is not assisting. The delay is unclear, and no one at Aramex is willing to provide a concrete answer. To this day, we have not received our shipment. I am shocked at the extremely poor level of service.
