POOR SERVICE and POOR COMPANY SYSTEM/PROCEDURE

Very disorganized, No proper procedure for handling deliveries. No proper procedure for handling complaints. When you phone they will tell you your parcel in on its way and it will not arrive the next day they will tell you delivery was cancelled. The agents do not even know where the shipment is located. I cant give you a star and I will never use this service again. Ver very poor ARAMEX . My parcel its now 3 weeks I don't know weather they even still have my parcel. I was to buy other staff to use from somewhere else and were delivered. It looks like a **** to me.
