Poor Service and no costumer care

My parcel was collected on 11/01/2024 , only logged on their system on 15/01/2024 . Cape Town to Ceres ( Less than 200 Km) all requests on their website was never Followed up neither did i get any reply from them . I contacted them 5 times . I could have walked to Cape Town and collected the parcel and walked back and would have been faster. Aramex service is pathetic will never use them again . Today is the 19th and still no parcel .
