Poor service and lies to customers

Very poor service and their whatsapp help is also useless. Booked a parcel for collection in another city by telephone. All details taken down. My parcel then collected and sent to another city and the person on whatsapp says no details was received. Phoned the call centre and they confirm the details. The whatsapp customer care blatantly lie as they have the details and confirmed it to me. Now an overnight parcel which I needed urgently, I'm told will arrive in 3 days
